
The following
cooking instructions are for our frozen Good
Wheat
Burgers and Wheat Ground. Use
our ground in any recipe that calls
for ground beef, chicken or turkey!

Our
product should be completely defrosted
before cooking. Defrost product
overnight in the refrigerator completely
wrapped in its container OR defrost at
room temperature using large ZIP Lock
bags. (Always protect product from
moisture loss.)

Frozen Good Burger
Grill/Stove Top
Lightly oil hot
surface, cook
for 2 minutes on
each side
Barbeque/Open
Flame Lightly brush
with oil, cook
90 seconds on
each side.
Oven/Toaster
Oven
If desired, lightly brush
with oil, cook
4-6 minutes
turning once in
a 425°
F
oven.

Wheat Ground
Thaw completely.
Thaw and add to
soups, chili,
casseroles,
pasta sauce,
lasagna.
Thaw, brown on
parchment paper
on baking
tray in
convection oven
(400° for 8-10
minutes) before
using in tacos
or similar
recipes.

1 pound Knox
Mountain WheatGround 1 can whole kernel corn 3 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
- Brown 1"
layer of WheatGround (seasoned with salt &
pepper to taste) at 425° for
8 minutes -
Add a 1" layer of corn topped off with a 2"
layer of mashed potatoes - Bake at 375°
until browned

- Mix
together KMF WheatGround, onion, bread
crumbs, beaten egg, ketchup, broth
and
seasoning - Press mixture into loaf
pan - Spread about 2 tbs ketchup or
chili sauce evenly over top of loaf -
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Let loaf
stand for 10 minutes before serving.
